Congratulations to the cast and crew of "The Tale of Every Other Person, St. Anne's entry in the Sears Ontario Drama Festival. Last Friday night at Walkerville Secondary School, the awards were handed out. Although St. Anne's is not one of the three plays moving on, we did win two awards for acting: one for Dylan Webb and one for Brett Anderson. Our lead actor, Cameron McMullin was one of five nominated for best actress but the win went to the lead from Walkerville instead. We also won a trophy for the lighting category, a well-deserved award that goes to Calvin Moras and Nick Stadjuhar. The three schools that are moving on to the Regional competition are Walkerville, LaJeunesse and Leamington and all three had excellent productions. The cast would like to thank everyone who came out and supported our school, especially during last Friday's buy-out. We had a lot of positive feedback from teachers and students and we had a great experience performing for the school.
Reminder that tryouts start Tuesday 3:30 at Tecumseh arena and wed same time
Cost is 25 for both ice times
