Every student should have received a Registration Verification Form and an Online Safety Pledge Form from their homeroom teacher. It is extremely important that you review the information with your parents to ensure that what we have stored in your school records is accurate and up-to-date. Please make any changes that might be required right on the Registration Verification Form, have your parents sign the form, and return it to your homeroom teacher no later than next Wednesday, October 22. It is important that you return the form signed by your parents, regardless of whether or not there are changes to be made.
Also, please review with your parents the rules that are listed on the Online Safety Pledge Sheet. It is very important that you understand all of the rules for accessing information online while at school. Your signature at the bottom of the form, along with the signature of your parents, indicate that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all of the rules.
