St. Anne's swim team will be practicing Tuesdays and Thursdays this year at the St. Dennis Centre in Windsor. No experienced needed. If you are interested in being part of this year's swim team please sign up in the attendance office on your lunch.
This Saturday October 4, there will be a Car Wash and BBQ at Sobey's on Manning Road from 10-1.
All proceeds will benefit our Special Education Program, specifically our Life Skills Co-op program.
Attention to anyone wishing to make a change in their school and community environment. S.W.A.T is looking for new and past members to join their team. What is S.W.A.T it stands for Students Working Against Trouble. Our first focus will be anti bullying week in November. If this is something you would like to be a part of we will hold our first meeting this Wednesday October 1st in the Cosmo Rm #157 immediately after school, that's Wednesday Rm. 157 immediately after school.

This Monday, October 6th the Guidance Department will be taking students to St. Clair College for the CIP (College Information Program). You will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from each of the colleges in Ontario and speak directly to instructors from all college programs offered at St. Clair. Permissions forms have already been distributed. Please ensure that you submit these forms before school this Friday, Oct.3rd.

Yesterday the cross country team participated in the Thrill on the Hill meet at Malden Park. All team members worked hard and had great races.
Top finishers in each division were:
In the midget girls division, out of 117 runners, Meg Mooney finished 8th and Kennedy Dales in 44th.
Zach Janisse led the Saints in the midget boys division.
In the Junior Girls division, out of 115 athletes, Alaina Banks came in 14th, Elizabet Soldevila finished 30th and Emma Dennison, 34th.
The Junior Girls took 4th place overall for the team title!
Dante Conflitti finished 30th out of 95 athletes in the Junior Boys
Jen Santin finished 36th out of 136 runners in the Senior Girls
And lastly in the Senior Boys division, Pat Matthew finished with a 27th place out of 144 runners.
Way to go Saints!! WECSSAA cross country is in 2 weeks!
