Last night the senior girls basketball team raised their record to 9 - 0 with a 59 - 28 defeat of Lessor. The Saints opened a 20 - 8 first quarter lead and never looked back. Offensively Hannah McClounie had 15 points and Brielle Loebach had 12 points while Elena Caldarelli added 8 points. Kyla Sovran exploded for 8 points as well in a total team effort . This sets up Thursday's showdown at Holy Name at 4 pm against the unbeaten Knights in a battle for first place and home court in the AAAA WECSSA final. Get out to Holy Names and support this group of amazing players.
Last night the junior girls basketball team kept their unbeaten record alive with a 60 - 19 victory over Lessor. The lady Saints jumped out to a 40 - 12 half- time lead and cruised to victory. Anna Ulilcny was on fire from the outside, Emma Collins continues to play some of her best basketball of the season while Kristen Gore and Paige brown contributed on both ends of the floor. The girls travel to Holy Name on Thursday to play the Knights in a battle for first place. This game follows the senior game at 5:30 pm. Go Saints.
