Good morning Ste. Anne's staff and students today is our official kick off to Anti Bullying Week. This week our staff is launching a "Caught You Caring" campaign. All of the St. Anne staff will be on the lookout for students who are helping to make their school community a safer and more caring place to live and learn in.
All students who have been "caught caring" will have their name entered into a draw to win a lunch for themselves and three friends, compliments of Mr. Deluca's Hospitality classes.
Let's Go Saints, let us catch you caring!

Attention students Tuesday is Pink Shirt Day in recognition of anti bullying awareness.
The original event was organized by David Shepherd and Travis Price of Berwick, Nova Scotia, who in 2007 bought and distributed 50 pink shirts after male ninth grade student Charles McNeill was bullied for wearing a pink shirt during the first day of school.
As a result of David and Travis's efforts to STAND UP to bullying many schools participate in pink shirt day to support anti bullying.
Let's show our support with our pink shirts and uniform bottoms on Tuesday November 18.

On Friday afternoon, the Sr. Boys Volleyball team travelled to Chatham to play for the right to represent South Western Ontario at OFSSAA in the Sr. Boys Volleyball competition. With the tremendous support of the screaming loyal fans who filled up two bleachers, the Sr. Boys beat UCC in 3 games straight. Brad Gyemi and Matt Broderick led the offence with consistent powerful kills out of left side; our middle hitters Samar Nanuan and Anthony Zrvner prevented the opposition from attacking with a relentless wall of blocks.
And Carter Fuerth was steady defensively as libero in the back row!
Due to the precision setting of Blake Andryko and Ethan Gravelle, our attack remained a force too strong for UCC to battle. Ready to fill in when necessary were Zakk Costantin, Ryan McManus, Chris Rinaldi Ross, Dalton Boyle, Sergio Rodriguez-Barajas. Congratulations boys and good luck at OFSSAA this week!
