Attention Best Buddies!
There is an important Best Buddies meeting this week on Wednesday after school in room 217. T-shirts are finally in - please bring your money. We need to plan for this year's Christmas party - we need everybody at the meeting! See you Wednesday.
Your Lady Saints Hockey team defeated Holy Names yesterday 5 to 0. This is the 5th straight shutout performance from Vanessa Despenic and our team. The goal scorers were Taylor" the rocket" Reaume. Abbey " the sniper" Rice, Danieka "the dangler" Dupuis, and 2 from Mackie "the mack Truck" Callery.
The girls head off to Amherstburg this afternoon, wish them luck as we hope to extend the win streak. The girls will be released at 1:30.
Would the following students please see Mr. Procyk in Room 177 today at first lunch to discuss an upcoming SHSM event.

There will be a mandatory silicon valley meeting tonight right after school in room 161.
Bring with you copies of passports if you haven't already done so, and your 3rd installment cheque.
Please be prompt. There is lots to discuss. This is a student meeting only... parents are welcome to attend, but not necessary.
We will schedule a departure meeting with the parents in early February.
The Jr and Sr Girls volleyball teams were very successful last night here in our own gym.
The juniors defeated Essex 3 sets to nothing with strong play from everyone on the team. The juniors showed their talents with good hitting and solid passing.
On the senior side of things, the girls struggled in the first set with some passing but fought their way back with great serves and good defense to take the set 27-25 while they showed more skill and determination in the second and third set winning them 25-21.
Awesome blocking from Brianna Allen, kennedy Ramsden, and Hannah Drkulec with solid hits from Hannah McClounie, Maddy Mooney, and Brianna. Terrific setting from Brielle Loebach and Tina Dicarlo and terrific defense from the rest of the team that played well.
It was a solid game by all.
Way to go girls. the Lady Saints play riverside on Thursday.
