Attention all senior students interested in experiencing the great outdoors. This spring, get back to nature and enjoy hiking and exploring the pristine beauty of the Bruce Peninsula in Tobermory, Ontario.

Congratulations to all members of the Swim team for a great showing at yesterday's WECSSAA Championships. First places finishes were; the open medley relay team consisting of Madison Foreman, Mackenzie Burnett, Hannah Chickee, and Kennedy Dales. Kennedy also captured gold medal finishes in the 100 and 200 freestyle. St. Annes also had some great 2nd place finishes, the Jr. Boys relay team consisting of Joshua Voakes, Jakob Peters, Grant Norris and Max St. Pierre. Also capturing silver medal finishes were Hannah Chickee in the 100 Fly, Joshua Voakes in the Jr. Boys 50m Back Stroke, and Mackenzie Burnett in the 100m Breast Stroke. Closing off our top 10 finishes where 4th place finishes by Taylor Brain in the open girls 100m Backstroke, Madison Foreman in the open girls 100m freestyle and Jr. Boys Cameron Curtis, in the 50m Freestyle and Mitchell Stewart in the 50m Breaststroke. Both Cameron and Mitchell along with Madison Foreman, Mackenzie Burnett, Hannah Chickee, and Kennedy Dales qualified for SWOSSAA. The outstanding performance of the day was Ashley Holmes 50m backstroke. Congratulations to all swimmers on a GREAT season! All ribbon winners are to see Ms. Facchinato sometime today to pick up their awards.
The Junior Girls represented themselves well at the Vista Tournament this past weekend by winning the championship game. All players helped contribute to this great win and are preparing for their upcoming WECSSAA finals game against holy name next Wednesday here in our gym. Good luck Ladies.
Meanwhile the senior girls played an exhausting semifinal match yesterday against Massey here in our gym. The girls let the first and second sets slip away but came back with a vengeance and took the next three sets to defeat the mustangs and move on to the finals against holy names on Wednesday.
