Good morning Saints – this is a special announcement from the Phy'ed Dept.
We finally have a new health and physical education curriculum and there are a few things you need to be aware of.

We will continue to offer the following courses:
Sport focus courses in hockey and in soccer
Personal Fitness courses in our weight room for Gr. 10 girls and all Gr. 11 and 12 students
The major change in the curriculum is that our old leadership courses have been upgrade to PLH4M – a college and university preparatory course

So what does that mean for me? - Well nothing, if you already registered for leadership great, now you will receive a M level credit for college or university admission.

Any questions about courses please see Mr. Ficon.
