Attention all first semester Hairstyling & Aesthetics students, Mrs. Banks is extending a field trip invitation to all first semester Hairstyling & Aesthetics students. The field trip will feature a make-up artist here at the school in the LCC for periods 1, 2, & 3. You will learn a variety of makeup tips from shading, contouring, colour selection, feature enhancement to creating those amazing brows. Space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. For more information, stop by room 157.  Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity.


Attention all Hairstyling & Aesthetics students past and present.
Are you in need of volunteer hours, here is a fun and exciting way to earn them.
Sign up outside the Cosmo room to help with hair and make-up for the Grease play.

If any models or students of Ste. Anne's would like to purchase a DVD video copy of this year's Fashion Show---Arches to Gold & Glamour as a memory keepsake, please sign your name outside of Madame Guadagno's room 174.  DVD copies cost only $10.00.

1.The St. Vincent de Paul Youth group is bringing baked good to the St. Greg's site of Good Shepherd parish this Sunday.  Please see Mrs. Gyemi today sometime to indicate if you are able to contribute a baked good.

2.  Also, the St Vincent de Paul Youth Group is scheduled to deliver groceries to the needy this Saturday. Please see Mrs. Gyemi in room 171 today and let her know if you are able to come and help.


How would you like to help finance your college or university education?  Libro scholarship information is in!  $3000 is available to you!!

Also, students who face financial need may be eligible for $1000 from the Bradshaw foundation.  Deadline is April 30!!

Attention grade 11 and grade 12 students taking physics and/or math!!


The Cedar Point Trip is set for Math/Science week May 13th.

There are a limited number of tickets available.  So, if you want to reserve a spot for this year's Cedar Point trip, please see Mr. Couvion or Mr. Moscone ASAP to secure a permission form.


Congratulations to all students who competed in the Literary Laurels Spoken Word Poetry Slam.  What an amazing and impacting hour of poetry!

In the junior category the winners were 1) Kat Moscone and 2) Orray Akinsoluko


In the grade 11 and 12 competition:  the winners were Karimeh Haddad,Cameron McMullin, and Jillian Goyeau.

Please congratulate these winners!


The final list is for this year's baseball team, thanks to all that tried out unfortunately, I could not keep everyone.
For those on the list there is a practice at McCauliffe Park after school.


1.  Attention Muskoka Leaders from Mrs. Gyemi's class.  This is a very important announcement.
Please stop by room 171 at the beginning of either first or second lunch TODAY for FIVE minutes.  
You need to give her a list of activities that you want to lead while in Muskoka.
 If you do not stop by then Mrs. Gyemi will have to create your schedule of activities for you without your input.

2.  Also, there is a very important meeting on Monday at 12:15 in room 171 for Mrs. Gyemi's Muskoka Leaders.  Bring your lunch with you.


All Saint Vincent de Paul members who are interested in helping to deliver groceries to the needy this saturday, are asked to please stop by room 171 and inform Mrs. Gyemi that you are coming.
Also, please remember to bring a baked good to the baked sale at the St Greg site of Good Shepherd parish on Sunday before 8:00 am Mass.  Any help would be appreciated.


Track and field competition kicked off yesterday as it always does- in the pouring rain.  The raindrops were falling fast, but not nearly as fast as the senior boys relay team who had an amazing race on the Sandwich track yesterday.  Another highlight was Meg Mooney finishing second in the midget girls 1500.  
A reminder that Mrs. D'Amore will be putting on another hurdle workshop on Monday after school (weather permitting).


A reminder to Best Buddies to drop by room #111 today for a Volunteer Appreciation Week.


Attention all students who are attending Muskoka - please make arrangements to practice your dance every night after school - any absence not excused by Mr. Ficon may result in your removal from the trip. - please be responsible at make proper arrangements.

All students interested in the Canada's Wonderland Leadership Conference this May please see Mr. Ficon on Monday for the forms - all money is due next Friday - the trip will fill up fast.
