The Windsor Essex Community Foundation is looking for young leaders between the ages of 12 and 18. If you are the successful candidate you will be working with young people to invest in your community to help build a better place to live, work, play and lead.

Jr. Girls Soccer- there will be a practice after school today. Please be ready to go by 2:30 and meet on the far field.
Your St. Anne's gymnastics team travelled to Sudbury to compete at OFSAA. Despite some tough competition these girls recorded some fantastic results. Victoria Grandi and Myah Pathak had great performances on beam with an 8th place and 7th place finish respectively. Our top competitor Katie Dufresne placed fourth overall on vault. Be sure to congratulate the entire team as they are sporting their OFSAA wear today.
Sr. Girls Soccer
Last night at L'Essor the senior girls soccer team clinched first place with an 8-2 victory. This puts the girls into the WECSSAA final on May 20th. Again Tina Di Carlo recorded another hat trick with singles by Hanna Drkulec. Abigail Daniel, Mikayla Russo, Teagan Tullio, and Brielle Loebach. No practice tonight. See you back on Monday. Be sure to bring your $20 for the warm-up shirt.

Track and field news boasts some big PBs for athletes in the field events!
Jesse Devogeleare won the Junior Boys pole vault with a personal best of 3.65 and Jordan Lupas finished second.
Brad Gyemi placed 1st in the senior boys pole vault and Zeyad Saadi placed third in the midget boys category.
At the triple jump pit, Madison Bardoel placed third with a personal best with a jump of 10.00 metres.
Last but not least, the midget boys relay team consisting of Aiden Mitrovski, Aaron Dugan, Frankie Calvaruso and Noah Rocheleau took first place with much better exchanges!!
Athletes continue to prepare for the WECSSAA track meet taking place next week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Wish our athletes the best of luck.
