April is Autism Awareness Month

The United Nations has named April 2 as World Autism Awareness Day - once again, we will be calling on the staff and students of St.Anne to
LIGHT IT UP/DRESS IT UP BLUE at St. Anne - we will be celebrating Autism Awareness Day on MONDAY APRIL 4 (right after a 3 day weekend)

Although a week ago, we ask you to bring in a toonie tomorrow MArch 30 to your homeroom class to make a donation (in which you will receive a dress  down pass Monday).
The first contributors will also receive a flashlight pen from Autism Ontario.
Proceeds from this day will benefit Autism Ontario and our life skills' initiatives.

We are hoping for 100% participation in blue on Monday April 4th.

Remember a TOONIE for Autism Awareness !!!!






There will be a performance of our Sears Ontario Drama Festival play entitled "Maskerade" on Thursday, April 7th during
Period 4.  It will cost $2/student and the entire class must attend. Please inform Mrs. Livermore or Mrs. Jefford if you are interested in attending our show.  Support the arts!!


Graduating Students, if you are a member of the Visitation Parish Family you are elligible to apply for a CWL Bursary for college or University.
Please pick up the Forms in the Campus Ministry Office or at the back of Visitation church.  Deadline is May 1st, 2016

There are two COR weekends coming up this spring on April 15-17 and April 22-24

There will be a mandatory meeting for anyone that played football this year or is thinking about playing next year. During both lunches please be on time it will be short.

Attention all girls in grade 9 & 10 interested in trying out for the junior girls soccer team are asked to sign up outside the phys ed office. Practices will begin next week- Please listen for further announcements.

Congratulations to the Saints Dance Team who travelled to Scarborough this week to the Dance Strive Challenge competition. We had a great time and achieved some outstanding results!  We earned two Diamond awards and nine Emerald awards with a team average over 90%.  Congratulations ladies!  So proud of your teamwork, your respect for yourself and others and your dance performances.
