The St. Anne's gymnastic team competed at OFSAA here in Windsor at the Rose City Gymnastics club. On Monday our Levels 3,4 and 5s competed and turned in some fantastic results. Senior gymnasts Myah Pathak and Katie Dufresne both placed 8th on beam and vault respectively. First time competitor Maeve George managed an amazing 6th place finish on vault. Hannah Daniel competed to finish 5th on beam and the highlight of the day was Emma Ghanam's 4th place on bars. On Tuesday the level 1s and 2s competed in their events where Serina Wild captured 5th place on her bar routine. Honourable mentions go out to Grade 9 students Taya Fanara and Tiana Conflitti who represented St. Anne's very well but came up short in the standings. As well Gr. 12 competitor Alaina Pupulin demonstrated great poise and determination in each of the events she participated in. Despite the great competition Alaina managed some excellent scores of 8.9 on beam, 9.4 on beam and 9.5 on floor. Congratulations to each of the athletes! Best of luck to our graduating gymnasts Myah, Hannah, Serina and Alaina and a special shout out to Olivia Whitmond who was there to help support Saints Fleep!
