MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Cafeteria Fuel: It is our last Kickin' Chicken Day of the year. Sweet chili or Teriyaki
Chicken, served over rice or noodles.
Today we have our $.50 ice cream sandwiches. We also have $.50 apple cinnamon sticks.
Detentions will be on Tuesday and Wednesday this week in room 115. These will be the last two opportunities for students to serve detentions and avoid delayed exams.
Attention Graduates!
This is a gentle reminder that if you wish to have a scholarship, bursary, or award announced at this years graduation, you have until this Thursday, June 22 to let Mr. Ballay know in Guidance/Student Services. Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted.
The following members of the senior boys basketball team are to meet Mr. Loebach in Room 202 on their lunch. Please do not make me chase you.

Uniform trade in for our graduating students begins on Thursday June 22nd. ~Graduating students who turn in washed and gently used uniforms are permitted to dress down for all exams. ~Again, that applies for our graduating students only.
Period 1 exams is scheduled for Friday June 23rd, 2017 with period 2 exam on Monday June 26th, period 3 exam on Tuesday June 27th and period 4 exam on Wednesday June 28th, 2017. All subject textbooks and resource materials are to be returned on scheduled exam day.
All students are expected to be in attendance, on time and with exception of qualifying graduates, in proper uniform on exam days. Morning transportation and school start time of 8:15 remains the same. All students are to remain in class until 10:00am.
We will not be offering cafeteria services on exam days. Busses will depart at 11:00pm each day.
Graduation is held on Thursday June 29th at 6:00pm at the WFCU.
The school is closed July 3rd, 2017 and resumes on Tuesday July 4th, 2017 Our summer office hours are:
Monday -Thursday (8:00am - 2:00pm) J
Office is closed every Friday until the last week of August
Please note the office and guidance area will be closed from July 24th - August 4th, 2017. ~Our Summer Focus Camp will continue to run during these weeks.~
Regular office hours resume August 28th, 2017. The office will be open Monday -Friday from 8am-4pm.
Final report cards and diplomas will be available for pick up starting July 10th, 2017.
Our Gently Used Uniform Sale is scheduled for Saturday July 8th, 2017 from 9:00 am -12: 00pm.
Grade 9 Orientation is scheduled for August 23rd, 2017 from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
