Cafeteria Fuel:  Today we have chicken shawarma served in a pita, with fries.



St. Anne's Music Program is pleased to present this semester's CAFE MUSIQUE next Tuesday, Oct 24 in our Cafetorium.  Doors open at 5:30 with the show starting at 6:00pm.   Dozens of very talented students will perform on our stage in a relaxed cafe atmosphere.  Refreshments will be served.  Admission is $5 at the door and will assist with the Band/Choir trip to Montreal in the spring.  Thanks in advance for your great support!


For any students interested in volunteer hours, the windsor badminton club is having a badminton tournament at St. Clair college on November 3rd, 4th and 5th. Please contact Paul Taylor at patbmathca90@hotmail.com or see Ms. Lamos in room 209

Calling all technology students and technology enthusiasts!
St. Anne Saints will be travelling to the Silicon valley in  May 2018.  Please sign up for this unique field trip experience in room 161 during both lunches this week.
Students will be visiting Google with hands -on workshops.. Disney animation workshops, Intel, Stanford and more!

Art Club today in the art room

On the third day of our Coats for Kids campaign over 100 coats were collected.  Way to go Saints!  In fourth place is Mr. Richardson's class with 19 coats.  In third place is Mr. Hughes's class with 25 coats.  In second place is Mrs. Maurovic's class with 42 coats.  And currently in first place is Ms. Gayowsky's class with an impressive 55 coats.  The pizza party is still up for grabs.  Please bring in your coats and keep our community warm this winter!

Next week is our Fall Spirit Week - Time to have some fun and show you have school spirit.

We will be having two ACCENT THE UNIFORM days and TWO FULL dress down days - so pay attention to announcements, so you know what to wear.

Monday October 23:
"ACCENT THE UNIFORM" day - theme - Retro 80's / Crazy Hair
This means wear your regular uniform, but add some awesome 80s accents, and of course, do something crazy with your hair.

GSA team meeting after school tonight in the main office conference room.  See you after school.

The cross country team competed at the WECSAA Championship yesterday at Malden Park.  The meet got off to a great start with a third place finish by the Midget girls team of Terissa Baselj, Emma Petro, Rya Palmer, McKenna Renaud and Hannah McNeilley.  The junior girls team also placed third and were led by Chloe Crep's 8th place finish, followed by Natalie Adam, Ava Eid, Ella Chiarcos and Jillian Stratichuk.  In the very competitive senior girls race, Meg Mooney finished strong in 7th place.  Also advancing to the SWOSSA Championship is the midget boys team of Anthony Thompson, Evan Petrimoulx, Josh Baillargeon, Matteo Frattaroli and Ethan Goldhawk.  Congrats to all.  


Jr. Boys Football
Yesterday your Jr. Saints Football team travelled to Tecumseh Vista to play our 5th regular season game.  In a convincing victory your saints defeated Tecumseh Vista 38-0.  A shout out goes to Connor Rodriques
for an excellent running out of the back field, as well Jacob Cardeccia with his bone crushing tackles.  Congrats to the whole team for an excellent performance.  Our Next game is next Wednesday vs Essex at home at 4:00pm kick off.
