Sr. Boys Soccer: Last Thursday and Friday your Sr. Saints traveled to Grimsby to play the annual Blessed Trinity Indoor Soccer Tournament. In their debut as a team your Saints posted a 2 win/2 loss record, losing out in pool play. They played well exhibiting team play, very good defense and moments of offensive creativity. Our goal scorers were Matt Andres, Jackson Moy, Francesco Barile, Michael Biundo, and Joe Rados. Both goalies Robert Prsa and Michael Schneider recorded a clean sheet as well. Congrats boys a very good tournament.

Attention ALL St. Anne students: Sign Up sheets are now posted outside of the music room for our upcoming Cafe Musique being held on Thursday, April 19 at 6:00pm. ALL students are welcome and encouraged to prepare a performance and share it on our stage that night. Some of the top acts will be asked to perform at the school-wide Talent Show in May. Get your act together and sign up today!
The saint Anne’s engineering team competed admirably on Thursday in the engineering design competition at the university of Windsor.
Students were required to build a roller coaster track for a marble that was over a meter tall, had a loop-de-loop and changed directions multiple times. Extra points were given for extra features like funnels, ramps, ingenuity, and presentation skills. St Anne’s finished in third place. All participants are wearing their t-shirts today. Great job team!
There will be no GSA meetings for the next two weeks.

Last call for any girls interested in trying out for the girls SLO-Pitch team this year. The sign up sheet is on the door of room 210. There will be a short meeting tomorrow at the start of second lunch to discuss the schedule and rule changes. Please be prompt.
Congratulations to the Saints Dance Team on a fantastic weekend competition at Ontario Secondary School Dancefest
We received 6 first places, 7 second places, and 1 third place. The team also received an award for Top Creative Costume, Top Small Group Choreography Award and Most Valuable Dancer award for Hannah Gravelle. It was a great weekend for everyone!

The Saints Running Club begins tomorrow, Tuesday March 27, after school. This club is open to any student or staff member interested in training for a spring 5k. No experience necessary. See Mr. Hamelin in rm 270 if you are interested and bring your running gear tomorrow!
