Attention please! .........Attention please!..This is a st Anne’s first. “Suns out guns out” and “calling all quads” has produced a podium finisher at the leg punishing Ciociaro race series. Last night the st Annes cycling squad had a rider participate in his first ever cycling race with spectacular results. The one,,,,, the only .... Ben Byczynski stood upon the second step of the podium ahead of a field of savvy veterans in his first ever cycling race. If you see him in the halls today give him a high five, fist bump or pat on the back, he deserves it.
Yesterday our Junior Girls Soccer team took on Holy Names in the semifinal game. Although the girls dominated the play for most of the game and were in continual control of the ball along with numerous changes on net it wasn't until finally scored by Taylor Meloche to start our momentum. Another goal followed by Jordyn Doherty and once again by Taylor Meloche.
Great hustle by Chloe Crep, Cassia Donga, Hannah McNeilley, Alyssa Adoranti, Natalie Adams and Maddy Rozic with a solid Defence by Hayleigh West and Allie Levac and a shut out by Jillian Stratichuck was key in securing the win.
The girls team work and effort paid off as they advance to the WECSSAA final at McHugh park. Come out and cheer on your saints.

Mr. Richardson and Mr. Misho would like to thank all the boys of the Junior boys' soccer team for their effort and hard play this season.  The boys lost yesterday to Kennedy which ended their season.  All boys are reminded to bring in their clean uniforms as soon as possible.
Good luck to all the grade 10 boys who will be advancing and trying out for the Senior Boys' team next year.
