Cafeteria Fuel: It is Kicken Chicken Day. Sweet chili or Teriyaki chicken, served over noodles with a beverage only $6.50.
Saints Track were well represented over the weekend at OFSAA Regionals. 22 athletes competed, many achieving personal or season best performances. 3 athletes qualified for the Ofsaa championships in Toronto next weekend. Brandon Levack placed third in pole vault and Brad Murphy won the event with a vault of 3.10m.
Jacob Grainger continues to dominate the sprints as he won both the 100 and 200m races.
Congratulations to all athletes who competed at this highly competitive event.
