Senior Boys Basketball:
Yesterday your Senior
Saints defeated St. Joseph's Lasers 68 to 62. Anthony Zervnar led
the Saints with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Jack Zimmerman added
10 points and 8 boards. Daniel Anderi and Nick Calulu added 8
points, each. Brad Gyemi, with 7 points, and Samar Nanuan and Dylan
McManus, with 5, each, provided game changing energy off the bench in
their important reserve roles. Good luck this weekend boys at the
SOSI invitational in Hamilton.
Could
the gymnastics team please meet in room 208 for a brief meeting today
at the beginning of 2nd lunch.
Yesterday your lady
saints defeated the Belle River Nobles by a score of 3 to 1. Goals
were scored by Amy and Ashley "the wonder twins" Maitre,
and Kylene the "dangler" Dupuis. Alaina "the machine"
Mancina played well when called upon in the net. Next game is
Wednesday vs Villanova. See you there.
The junior basketball
season opened last night and Although we had a late start to the
season, we played well. We had a great second half. Unfortunately
we lost 47 - 31.
Dalton Boyle had 8
points and Mitch Zimmerman and Matt Broderick had 6 points each.
