Attention Cross Country Runners - Our team Lunch will be held on Tues Nov 4 in the upstairs conference room during 2nd lunch. Please bring your money and we will see you there!

Apply to be a United Way High school Student Ambassador.
Each year, United Way Windsor-Essex recruits 10 high school students that represent Windsor-Essex County Schools.
The Ambassadors take a leadership role and act as the liaison between the United Way and their school community.  The Ambassadors will be responsible for helping to promote two United Way events, and generating excitement in their schools.  
Each student Ambassador will receive a $250.00 honorarium following both projects.  All Ambassadors are expected to attend monthly meetings, contribute to discussion and complete assigned tasks.
See Mr. Ballay in room 111 for details.  Deadline to apply is Friday, November 21st.

Teachers please dismiss the members of the Sr. Football team at 1:15pm for the playoff game against Massey.


Attn boy's hockey players, check the list out to see if you are on the ice for Monday 3:30 Tecumseh arena.


Next Thursday your sr boy's volleyball team will be playing in the WECSSA in our own gym - 7pm.

Attention all girl hockey.  There is a list outside room 253 with the girls hockey players who are invited to the last tryout next week.  Thanks to all those girls who came out.


There will be no choir rehearsal tonight, see you next Thursday.

Last night the senior girls basketball team completed an unbeaten season by defeating Holy Nane 47 - 44 at Holy Name .  The game was a back and forth affair throughout with the Saints holding a slim 4 point lead at half . Ultimately the tougher , better  conditioned team came prevailed in a total team victory .  Elena Caldarelli , Sara Pizzacaroli , Sheila Haskings , Kyla Sovran and Maddy Mooney all played key rolls off the bench. Ryann Dowling and Hannah Drkulec were outstanding defensively and on the boards while Nancy Ulicny with 9 pts , Brielle Loebach with 10 pts and Hannah McClounie with 23 pts led the offense.  The victory means the AAAA Wecssa Championship game will be next Friday night at St.Anne .  Keep your calendar open and be there to cheer on your lady Saints.

At the league all star meeting following the game , Nancy Ulicny was selected as an all star team member.  Brielle Loebach and Hannah McClounie were chosen as unanimous first team all stars and McLounie as well was chosen as league Co-MVP . With team victories come individual honours and the entire team shares in these girls awards.  

Great job Ladies.  Practice tonight 2:30 in Carmelita Hall.


Tryouts for this year's Sr. Boys Basketball team begin Monday night - 6 pm - Carmelita Hall.  Monday November 3.  See Mr. Kiss - room 262 - if you cannot attend but are interested in trying out.


Last night the junior girls basketball team completed an unbeaten season crushing Holy Name 58 - 20.  Despite an ice cold first quarter where they trailed 6 - 2 the Saints skill and speed took over and allowed the Lady Saints to cruise to victory.  Darby McManus , Meg Mooney and Ellen Donaldson all played a key roll in the first half keeping the Saints ahead and Isabelle Howie exploded in the second half to carry the Saints to the win.  Great job girls, practice tonight 2:30 in Carmelita .
