Senior Boys Basketball: Over the weekend your Senior ballers earned the Silver division championship at the very competitive and high profile Catholic Central-Freeds invitational tournament. The Saints earned an impressive 3 and 1 record with victories over Stanstead College of Montreal 56 to 48, Sarnia St. Patrick's 61 to 40, and the silver championship victory over Toronto West Humber 50 to 44. The Saints only blemish was a loss to eventual tournament gold division champion Toronto St. Michael's 59 to 52. Standout performances were turned in by Ryan Kiss, who earned first team all star recognition with 22 points and 3 steals per game in the silver division games, Anthony Zrvnar, who averaged 13 points and 10 boards per game throughout the tournament, and Mitch Zimmerman, with 3 steals and 6 boards per game. Great start to the year, boys. Home opener tomorrow at Carmelita Hall versus Massey, 5:30.
Attention Choir Members: please remember to meet in the music room tonight at 5:30 for Grade 8 Night and be sure to wear your black music department shirts.
Congratulations goes out to the St.Anne's Debate team who received the award of "best overall school performance" at the Richard Peddie debate 2015 competition on Friday. Way to go Saints!
A final reminder to all students interested in taking part in the trip to Europe in the spring of 2017:
As of tomorrow - Tues December 1st - this trip will increase in price by nearly 150$. Unlike other trips, this one will continue to increase in price each month leading to the actual trip in the spring of 2017. If you are interested in visiting the Anne Frank house in Amsterdam, the WWI and WWII battlefields, Paris, or the Palace of Versailles then today is the day to sign up before tomorrows price increase. There are only 4 open spots left so sign up today. If you need more information on this trip - see Ms. Cecile in Room 257 TODAY before this once in a lifetime opportunity slips away from you.

Attention Concert Band and Jazz Band members there will be a rehearsal Monday Nov. 30th from 5:30 to 8:00pm for the Gr. 8 night please be dressed all in black. For the new members of band and choir the shirts are in please pick up your shirt sometime today in the band room. Shirts are 20 dollars.
All band and choir members going on the Christmas music tour must pick up a permission form get it signed by your parents and bring it back to St. Anne in order to participate on the tours.
