Sr boys volleyball team tryouts continue Monday and Tuesday right after school.
Art Club will start this Thurs Sept 14 in room 165 at 2:20 to 3:20 all are welcome.
A reminder to all students that our annual Terry Fox Walk is next Thursday. Pledges can be brought into your 2nd period class at any time up until the walk day, but if you are interested in getting an event t-shirt, you have to have your $20 minimum pledge money in no later than this Friday. We are hoping for another great event to mark our 10th year of the event.
There will be a quick meeting today at the beginning of first lunch for anyone who has signed up or would like to sign up for this years golf team. It is important that you attend if you wish to try out for the team . That is - the beginning of first lunch TODAY the 11th of Sept.-golf team meeting.

On the weekend the senior girls basketball team participated in the Lambton College invititational tournament. In their first game the young Saints squad got off to a slow start traililng by as much as 26-6 before roaring back in the 2nd half to go on a 26-11 run and finishing losing 37-32. Game two saw the reverse happen with the Saints jumping out to a 25-8 lead against Chatham and then cruising to a 54-39 victory. In their final game against a strong Sarnia Northern team the girls played an even first half with the Vikings but ran out of gas in the second to lose by 15. Overall a solid start for a team with four grade 10 and three grade 9's. Well done ladies. Practice tonight at 2:30 we will be done by 4:00 tonight.
