Attention all track and field athletes: There is a very important meeting immediately after school in coach Garant’s room. Practice will follow.
This year there will be a running program for anyone interested in participating in a 5 k run this spring. This is a program for anyone who is looking to get active and have some fun! It is not a competitive program, so if you have ever thought you would like start running, now is the time. We will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. Se Mr. Hamelin in room 270 before your lunch today for details and sign up.

Junior Boys' Soccer sign up is outside room 176. If you are a boy in grade 9 or 10 and interested in trying out for the Junior Boys' Soccer team please sign up outside room 176 today. The first tryout is tomorrow after school so dress for the weather.
Attention all junior girl volleyball players. If you haven't handed in your uniform you need to do so ASAP. If not in by Wednesday detentions will be issued.
