Literary Laurels:
The Saints Spoken Word Competition will be held on Thursday, May 31st.
Any new entires will be collected until Wednesday of this week.
Please see Mrs. Jefford in room 261 if you have any questions.
All contestants will be notified the week of the competition for a brief meeting.
Attention roadies. We will try to meet again this Friday in front of cycle culture at 4:00 for the first ever road ride. Bring your bikes by the shop early and let the gentleman there give it the once over.
Hey Best Buddies!
There will be an important Best Buddies meeting after school Wednesday. If you cannot attend, you must see a staff advisor.
Girls slo pitch! The girls lost game 1 yesterday to Sandwich and had a hard time putting up a good fight in game 2 with only nine players for the game. We had lots of base runners but just had trouble stringing together a bunch of hits to cash them in. Grinder of the day goes to Moira Frey who pulled a muscle in the first game but played through the pain in the second game so that we didn’t have to forfeit.
Practice after school at centennial park behind the fire hall in emeryville. Next game is behind the old belle river arena against Villanova.

The running club meets today for some fresh air and fun on the run! All are welcome. We meet in room 270 right after school.
The senior girls soccer team continue their undefeated season with a dominating 5-0 win over the L'Essor Eagles. Emma Collins led the scoring with 2 goals, followed by Sarina Russo, Nicole Hogeterp and Tianna Conflitti. Shut out recorded by Abigal Daniel. Woman of the match - Sarina Russo. Saints close their regular season tomorrow at home as they host the Sandwich Sabres at 4pm, all fan support is greatly appreciated.
