Last Thursday your saints travelled to Villanova producing a 1-0 victory. During the match they produce quality defending and provided some very good scoring chances. The best chance was a goal from Francesco Barile 25 yrds out, and in the upper right corner. A shout out goes to Louis Borrelli who showed leadership and dedication by playing net and was the man of the match.
Yesterday the boys travelled to Massey and produced a 2-1 victory. Your Saints went down 1-0, but found a way to battle back and solidify the win. Our goal scorers were Joe Rados and Robert McVinnie. The man of the match was Francesco Barile, with tremendous zeal and mozy on the pitch. Next game here, at St Anne’s vs Riverside 4:00 pm kick off.
Volunteers are needed for th6th annual Heart Breaker Challenge fundraising event that supports Cardiac, Pulmonary and Stroke Rehabilitation programs at Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare.
This even is organized by the Petro Family (Parents and extended family of Emma Petro – Grade 9 Student) as a way to give back and support important rehabilitation services for the Windsor-Essex community, and has raised over $400 000 in the previous 5 years.
Volunteers are needed at Malden Park in Windsor, ON the following day:
Friday, May 25, 2018: all day and until 8pm – Course Set Up
Saturday, May 26,201- 8am until 1pm – Course Set Up
Saturday, May 26, 2018- 1pm until approx. 6pm – Obstacle Monitoring
Sunday, May 27, 2018 – 9am until approx. 4pm – Course Clean Up

Paulette will send you a form that needs to be completed for Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare. Paulette can also complete any forms that you may have for tracking Volunteer hours.
A Reminder to those students selected to write PISA that it takes place tomorrow at 8:15.
Reminder that any graduates applying for a Parent Council Scholarship this year, that the deadline is today at 2pm. Nothing will be accepted after that.
A list of those Grade 10 students who were selected to write the PISA test on May 3rd has been posted outside of Guidance. Please ensure you report to the LCC at the designated time on test day. If there are any issues please stop by the main office.

Congratulations to our senior girls soccer team who, in her absence, made Mrs. Ditchfield proud! Our girls defeated Holy Names 2-1 on home field last night. Goal scorers included Emma Collins and Kat Iakovidis. Player of the game was Keely Ryan. Special mention to Coach Emily for leading our team to a win and to Jillian Stretichuk for stepping in for goalie 2nd half. Our girls take on Belle River tonight at 4:00pm on our field - come out and support our team!
Mr. Couvion's 3rd period physics class is reminded to take 1st lunch today.
