Today is the last day to sign up for 3 on 3 basketball outside the phy'ed office.
Tournament schedule will be posted on Thursday - games will start this Friday.
This announcement is for Mr. Larocque's, Mr. Julio DiLuca's, Mrs. Lemmo's, Mrs. Villella's and Mr. Garant's period 3 grade 9 classes: remember you are taking the grade 9 practice literacy booklet today. Take first lunch if you normally take second lunch and report directly to your assigned computer lab at the end of first lunch. Please get to the labs as quickly as you can. If you have forgotten where you are to go, it is posted on your regular period 3 classroom door.
1. All leaders who signed up for the Create a Garden event will be going this FRIDAY, May 22nd from 11:00 until 2:00. ...that is our designated Rain- Date. Our trip was cancelled yesterday because there was too much mud at the garden.
Please hand in all of the necessary forms to Mrs. Gyemi in room 171 today if you have not already done so.
2. The Fun Fair fundraiser will run as usual on Friday; we will use the leaders who are remaining.
Our lady saints slo pitch team ended their season with a battle!! Despite the cold and windy weather they battled with Amherst High each inning.
Special recognition goes to Ashley Maitre with a grand slam!! Also hitting a home run was Ashley Mullins!! Great pitching Katie Greco!!
It was a short season ladies but thanks for your commitment to our team!!!!

The senior girls soccer team defends their WECSSAA championship tonight at McHugh park at 4 pm. They host Holy Names in what should be an excellent game. Come out and support the team. They will be wearing their warm-up shirts today so if you see them wish them luck.
Yesterday the junior girls soccer team showed their talent and poise as they went undefeated in all 3 of their games.
In their first game of the season they played Holy Names High School. Your lady Saints came up with a 3 - 2 win. Goal scorers were Aaliya Silvaggi and Anna Ulicny with 2.
In their second game the girls came away with a big win over L'Essor with a score of 5 - 0. Goals came from Anaya Macari, Anna Ulicny, Mariah Marentette and Meg Mooney.
Ending the day against Vista the girls won 3-0. Goal scorers were Anna Ulicny with 2 and Alayna Banks.
Huge shout out to the amazing defensive play of Deanna Gidillini, Serena Smith, Madison Stoyanovich, Mariah Marentette and Avery Piazza. Amanda Anger was an asset to every game controlling the flow of the game. And of course those who stepped up to play goalie - Meg Mooney, Avery Piazza and Nikki Vagini.

Audret Festeryga is the Federal Liberal Candidate for Essex. Her campaign team will help train, support and develop the next generation of empowered youth in preparation for the upcoming election. If you would like to sign up for phone canvassing, door to door canvassing or assembling and placing lawn signs once the election is called, see guidance for details.
There are 13 days left to sign up for upgrade courses, full credit courses, on-line and coop in summer school. Many students have picked up an application but have not yet returned the sign form. Now is the time to address your plans for summer school. Make an appointment in Guidance today.
Attn Dance team: your costume returns are now overdue. You must return them at practice tomorrow. Those students who do not return costumes will not be participating in the pep rally. Costume returns tomorrow at practice after school.
